Meeting & Study Rooms

Planning a meeting or need a study room? We can accommodate groups large and small at most Library locations.

The Florence Branch has:

A study room.
A meeting room that can accommodate up to 70 people with loose chair seating or 48 people with tables and chairs.

Meeting room amenities include:
Tables/Chairs Sink Coffee Pot/Coffee Maker Whiteboard Projector*	Laptop* TV* DVD* CD Player* Computer Speakers*
*$10 fee applies per meeting for use of AV Equipment. See Meeting Room Policy and Florence Branch Addendum for details.

The meeting room can be reserved by completing the Meeting Room Application and returning it to the Florence Branch. The meeting room is wheelchair-accessible. Branch staff can help you determine whether the room can comfortably accommodate your group.

The Florence Branch has a study room that provides space for tutoring and other uses. Use of this room is free. The study room is scheduled on a first come, first served basis and cannot be reserved. Call the branch at 402.444.5299 for more information.
